You should still be able to jag one. $950 Aussie... about $600 USD.

Difficult to answer. If you were in Australasia, I would say yes without reservation - when it's released. As you're outside Australasia, you may still be able to buy it online, it just wouldn't be through Seiko. It would be a store (or maybe individual), buying stock of these and re-selling them at some sort of mark-up.

Once again, a gorgeous Seiko dial, and once again I couldn't possibly care less what "inspired" Seiko to make it. Whiskey. Yeah, sure.

But . . . even though I don't believe whiskey influenced the design of any watches, I'm quite sure that sometimes it has played a part in their purchase.

It would certainly be interesting to know how these collabs come up; whether Seiko decides to do a yellow-ish dial, and then decides it looks like whisky then goes hunting for a whisky reference somewhere around the world. Or whether it's done differently. But at the end of the day, all these cocktail-inspired collabs are with real drinks from real places. You can literally go and have the cocktail associated with your watch at the bar Seiko has collaborated with, across the whole range of Cocktail Time watches. I think it's really neat.

Man, that's great! A free cocktail if you wear the matching Seiko watch into the bar! Wait a minute, it's not free? What do you mean it's not free? Shouldn't it be?? Well, shouldn't it???
