Got Married! Wedding watch suggestions?

Had a small court wedding. Will have another, more formal wedding with friends and family sometime this later year.

Looking for a gold watch to match my wedding band.

Open to any suggestions!

Married? show me your wedding watch!

Thanks everyone!

Now that I'm thinking about more and more, under 10k. I was looking into vintage as well but I'm not that knowledgeable in that realm.

You can find a vintage Hamilton tank in 14k on Chrono24 for not much money. Classy.

Show him the watch with Chains!!!

·

I hate watches that are mostly gold. I'd try going with a two tone. The oris would play into the green emerald stone on your ring.

Do you usually dress super casual or mostly dressy or both evenly?

Well since @WristCounselor brought it up, this might fall into your budget

Go for the gusto:

Doesn’t have any green accents and has long been out of production but here’s the watch my bride gave me for our wedding, being worn on the occasion of our 32nd anniversary.

Love it! I'm scared to check how much it is 😂

Yeah, best not unless you have a spare 15-17k kicking around. Check out my post from earlier today, that watch may work perfectly too for less than $1000 and should last a lifetime.

My wife bought me a wedding watch. I went with a everyday watch, not one just for special occasions. Any dress watch would have just collect dust.

·

A two-tone Cartier Santos would do the job. But a quality steel watch would work too, even if it is not a dedicated dress watch (ex: Speedmaster).

Just wear a meaningful watch. It will become even more meaningful.

I personnaly wore a Seiko SARB033 at my wedding, as I was starting the hobby in 2017.

And congratulations!

Get married with a Casio bruh 😭

My dream watch 🤯🥰🫣 JLC rose gold master ultrathin moonphase

How about a rectangular watch? Cartier Tank if you can afford it, Baume & Mercier Hampton or Longines Dolce Vita otherwise. A Seiko quartz rectangular watch if you just want to spend 200€.

It was my grandfathers watch; that way he got to attend in some form or another.

Curveball - it might be that you can pick up something vintage and a bit leftfield. A 50s Longines, or maybe an 80s Omega Constellation could be a good find. Try not to go for anything too complicated, and you should be ok.

Gold under 10k? Not sure there are many options. Vintage would be ideal if so.
