Perfect for me is 114270. Robust but at the same time can be pretty. Comfortable, light but reliable and dependable. Elegant and classy. Modern and vintagy at the same time. Most importantly, it kills watch addiction and prevents me from buying too many watches 😅

The skx is actually very underrated. Although, specs wise it may not be up to far with prospex divers, it has a charming wabi sabi feel to it. Looking at seiko now, I think if they keep the looks and upgrade the specs of the skx, it may just be another limited edition

I would recommend a seiko dolce dress watch.. sacm171... not mechanical, but a high accuracy quartz which is also cool.. for sports watch, the nomos neomatik sport 37.. thats 200m of water resistance with a thin case and beautiful exhibition caseback..
