Black , but for a colour either green like my Willard or Gold like my Pogue.

At one point it was blue, but now I like gold, black, green, silver/white, teal, yellow…. It has changed, but more so doendent on the watch!
I was on a blue dial kick for some time but the appeal wore off about a year ago. Now I mainly stay with black, white or silver dials (or G-Shocks 🤣) However, when it comes to blue dials, you can not beat the OP pictured here or an Aqua Terra. In fact the 38.5mm Aqua Terra from Skyfall still is a grail for me.

Just like our tastebuds😀it certainly does.
5 years ago I didn’t own a single black dial watch, now I have a few and have to remind myself not to acquire too many bc our taste so change and mine may change again so I don’t want to be too heavy in one color, style, look or even brand for that matter.
