Each time you say a word quickly bring your finger from the first watch to the other watch. Do not lag in time it must match to the words. At the end of the chant your finger will be on one of the two watches. This is the one that you will NOT wear. As the chant states this is the one to let go. You now can comfortably and confidently wear the other watch.
