I never spent more than 3 minutes on the toilet (okay sometimes when I am sick). I don't think you wanted to know that, but now you know, *evil laugh*!
But yes I sleep (and work) less sometimes because of that for sure! 😂
This is why I start going to bed at about 9:30 or 10 because if you add in the time I’ll spend looking at watches on the ki mode I’m really gonna be turning in around eleven. 🌈
