Mine was technically new and technically pre-owned. I happened to get a never worn SMP 300M that had already had the warranty started for a month, because a company ordered it for an employee a while in advance and then by the time they got it the employee wasn’t at the company anymore so they sold it. Best of both worlds, new watch and used price
