Damn. At first glance I thought this was a thread to bash nomos. I was very excited for it until I kept reading.
I find these watches soooooo boring. Everything looks so similar. Like I said in an earlier thread. I think mostly spy’s wear Nomos. Because the watch is so boring that nobody notices you.
It’s a clear conspiracy between the CIA and the German watch manufacturers. I once heard that James Bond was supposed to wear a Nomos. But Q was so bored working on it that he couldn’t build it into a lightsaber. Pretty much sums up all I have to say about it.
nomos literally does nothing for me. The amount of boringness that brand has makes me almost believe that people who buy their watches are secret agents that don’t want any attention on them.

hopefully another Rolex that I buy myself. Don't really care about the brand. But the continuing tradition is really cool.
Tbh im just looking for facts and sometimes opinions from people who actually get to handle the watches. Where I am from there is no way I could ever handle an AP or Patek. Even a submariner is hard to just get to look at.
Also I think most of us loose the grip on reality when it comes to the things we do in our job. I’m my profession I handle a lot - and I mean a lot - of money. Doesn’t mean I am rich or Think like that. But I do see myself not caring about people who have a lot of it. There is always somebody that has more and I just have a different perspective on it. Now if you handle expensive watches on a daily basis then suddenly a 5k Tudor becomes "cheap".
Also. No need to challenge me on this. It’s just one mans opinion. 😅
I banged it against a door frame while walking past it. Not even that hard. I guess it just was meant to be that way. 😅
