I voted Omega Seamaster. Was contemplating between the Sub and the Sea. Well, I felt the SeaMaster fits the James Bond watch better.

The Pulsar was the height of high technology at the time and extremely expensive. It makes sense that Bond would wear it.
IIRC, that was his personal watch and he took it off to wear whatever toy Rolex or Omega Q would give him for a mission.
Suffice it to say that the Pulsar was the legit Bond watch. The others were Q’s projects.
