I used to have this Mido Ocean Star 200 in titanium that I LOVED the look of. The dull grey metal and matte dial with the orange accents is a stunning combo, but unfortunately, I have 6.25 inch wrists and the 42.5mm diameter just made it look like a dinner plate on me. With the male endlinks, it would clearly overhang, so I sold it.
Since then, I've been curious about getting a tool-y titanium watch, but I'm someone who now just prefers small watches. Even 40mm is a bit of a stretch for me. I love the look of the Pelagos, but... 42mm. Seiko Presage have some models, but they're still 41mm. I know there's a titanium Aqua Terra, but I don't want to spend $8k on it.
I guess there're the RZE Endeavor and Resolute are options, but I would really just love to have like a 38mm titanium tool watch; as far as I can tell, there's nothing out there. Am I wrong? Does anyone have any ideas?

Take a look at Boldr Venture series watches - they don’t come on a bracelet but you can purchase one separately. https://www.boldrsupply.co/collections/all-watches/products/venture-carbon-black

The Boldr is a good look, but might I suggest the Vaer Dirty Dozen as well?

Vaer is great looking - didn’t realize they made it in titanium! I was looking at their GMT for awhile but was able scratch that itch otherways.
I’ve seen 38mm Atlas titanium watches advertised on-line. I haven’t seen them in person. Good luck with your hunt.

Hamilton just relaeased a titanium version of the Khaki 38mm auto.
It's 100m WR, H10 with 80h of power reserve and, well, I just should'nt have had a look at it cause now I want one !
Longines Spirit titanium is available in 40mm. But the 50mm lug-to-lug could be a challenge.
Don’t know how $$ you wanna get but Oris has the new ProPilot X in Ti at 39mm diameter too.
If you're ok with radio-controlled quartz, this Casio is a favourite of mine, incredible dial too: https://youtu.be/bMgEZiGIouc

Yeah I took a look and seems like these are only in steel :( but it is a stunner of a watch nonetheless

Wow this is cool! Giving me some Sinn meets Longines vibes.
Helson makes a titanium 38 mm diver…actually just released it again this week

God, this is such a sexy watch that's way to expensive for what it is.
I don't really know who it's supposed to.appeal to.

thanks for this! Hard for me to resist a sunburst with lots of gradient

People who can't afford an Octo Finissimo 😏

Hah! I don't really get Octo Finnissimo when I look at it. It feels very much so like an Oris to me with that knurled bezel, except perhaps with those angles one from a cyberpunk future.
SanMartin makes a Titanium flieger at 39mm. Also saw this Lorus on ebay (item 294867967767) for £90 (39mm):
