Porthole Prologue #1
So… I think I was tagged for this, so here is the obligatory post within 36 hours.
My journey… ugh, I hate this term as well. It’s not really a journey, it’s just a series of random watches spaced at uncertain intervals.
My grandfather died when I was 11, and I inherited a handful of watches. The nicest was this:
It was his dress watch. My grandmother bought it for him for their 25th wedding anniversary. It was on an expanding strap so he could wear it after his first stroke. His previous dress watch was this nice Delbana that only made it out of the drawer last year (poor choice from me).
There was a gold Rolex… but it was spank. My father said he bought it for him when he went on holiday to Cyprus with his mates and promised him that one day he would get him the real deal… never happened for multiple reasons, but that didn’t stop me getting the old man an Air King when he retired. I’ve talked about this before, but it’s not for today.
I didn’t really pick up from there until my early 20s… but those are stories for another day.

#1wc multiverse means there are many timelines. The Oracle mentioned @Porthole, and thus the splinter occurred. The Rift is real. The Porthole Timeline is darker.
Clearly all are unequipped to handle…

If the prime timeline and the alpha timeline has merged, then when is @Stricko’s deadline to post?
