Show us your favorite chronograph!

Lately my focus has been set on chronographs. And this omega dynamic from the 90's ticks a lot of the boxes.

Which models are your favorites?

I think only sinn can make a bracelet for a chronograph, that looks better on it than leather or nato.

I didn't start this discussion with the idea to fill my favorites on Chrono24 with chronographs, but oh well, thanks! My watchmaker would love to bring him such a treat for servicing :)

Absolutely classic

Of the watches I personally own the Alpina 130 Pilot heritage is my favorite chrono. I’m definitely a sucker for a panda dial but when I am reaching for a watch that I think punches outside its weight-class (or at least appears to), I grab the Alpina. It’s not perfect and not for everyone, but I adore it.

here's a few chronographs I discovered recently:

Longines Diver Chronograph 7981-3

(Image failed to load!)

Breguet Type XXII 10hz, so it ticks 20 times per second

The longines will go very well with my red bb51 :D

The watch that AlbertaTime mentioned, the Sea-Gull 1963, is the only mechanical chronograph I own. Here's mine, on a Fluco ostrich strap:

A damn good deal for a hair over 200 euro, mine came from the NL-based Watchunique. Got it for over 2 years now, no issues, and the chrono pusher action is just great.

Love those, very classy designs.

That alpina looks really well! Nice blend of classic and modern design.

Chronographs are my favorite complication. Not sure that I could pick a favorite.

Hard to pick a favorite.  But I really like this blue Breitling Transocean 38mm.

@Pavlov The second from the left in the top row is a Seiko 7A28-7020 SPR010. Seiko described the 7A28 movement as "the worlds first analogue display quartz chronograph". The SPR007 version with the white dial was worn in the James Bond file "A View To A Kill"

Here are the two chronographs that I own - both Timex, using the same modified  Miyota cal.6s20 Quartz chrono movement.

I absolutely love these things. Theyre cheap, lightweight, attractive, and work really well. I use the waterbury chronograph as a dressed up option, and the mk1 mili-style chronograph as a casual beater. A great alternative to many of the more expensive mechaquartz or sea-gull Chinese mechanical chrons, while also being of generally decent quality, and not of Chinese origin (philippines, rather)

and they have INDIGLO! which is honestly really fucking cool and handy. (Image failed to load!)
