It is a great watch, I have exactly the same one 😁. Not sure if I'd call it underated! Every review I've seen her been positive.. and the Jetstar always gets lots of love on here!

Unederrated, I would say, in the public eye. This is a watch, in my opinion, should be selling as well as the most popular seiko 5s.
I would get one of these in a heartbeat if the styling was a little more up my alley. Do you know of any other quartz sweeping seconds watches on the market?
I love the 1973 reissue...it looks great next to my vintage Jetstar from 1973...
Tried the 73 on today. Loved the movement sweep and the dial was spectacular. However it was on bracelet and EVERYTHING was highly polished. It was alot of polished steel so I handed it back. Loved the dial a lot though.

The '73 limited edition comes with both a bracelet and a strap.
If you didn't have the strap, then it wasn't the full set.

The problem is I've never seen a Bulova in a high street.. Citizen 's yes, but they seem to keep the Bulova's for the enthusiasts! Also the look isn't for everyone, that 70's feel isn't mainstream. Given that I'm not surprised they sell less than the Seiko 5's.. but that's fine, I'd rather have something less common!

This is why I got one on a strap..😁.. that bracelet is just to much bling...

Interesting movements. Usually quartz runs at 32 khz. Some rare models with 4 Mhz. How accurate is this one? 😍
Nice!!

Very accurate, I can't say how accurate yet, but it is very accurate.
Great colorway for that one

Does a quartz watch become mechanical if the second hand sweeps instead of ticking?
Does a tree makes any noise when it falls in a forest if no one is there to hear it?
Life is so complicated!
I have a Bulova accutron with a sweeping hand as yours and it’s sweet!

Reminds me of a zenith Defy
Great colour.

Yes, it does
Beautiful.
Got the red one on order, just waiting for it to turn up. Supposed to be flipped, but think I’ll keep it
