I love this watch! Does it wear better on this bracelet than the oyster?

I wish I could, but he hasn't gotten around to making a titanium bracelet for this piece.

Your collection is beautiful, particularly that Rado. I own the Tudor BB 58 and I love it’s versatility and comfort.

If you’re open to trying a well-made independent check out Monta. They’re excellent value for money. Christopher Ward is also putting out some really quality pieces as well.

I love the Willard, but for an everyday watch I might look at Seiko’s SPB range. You get some robustness at a pretty good price point. I also think a Grand Seiko’s Sport Collection offers some excellent options that take you a little more upmarket. The finish on their cases is spectacular, and their Spring Drive is an engineering marvel.

I’m feeling that way about a car I’ve been waiting on for almost a year.

It doesn’t really aid legibility, at certain angles it can be an impediment to seeing the date. It took me some time to accept this as a design flaw rather than a feature. Now, that might just be my eyesight, and your mileage may vary. I have a Tudor GMT 41 with a small, clear date window, and I don’t experience the same issues when I check the date.

Beautiful watch! I really like the way the strap brings out the case and minute markers.

I have the SkyQuest with the gilt and the OceanKing v3. I think they are superb. They are well crafted, balanced and the bracelet is awesome. I have a nice collection of watches and I suspect these two are going to be in heavy rotation for a while. I would compare the quality and the wearability to Tudor.

BTW, I don't really see them as a micro brand. I think of them as being an independent.
