New here…
I’m new here to the WatchCrunch community and have been enjoying reading and being inspired by everyone’s collections. One thing that has stood out is the inviting nature of this forum. Admittedly I was a little intimidated to join as a newbie, concerned that I would be judged by “watch snobs” for not knowing enough or not owning a certain caliber of watch…but this experience has been refreshing and completely opposite of that. I’m learning a lot and seeing that, if YOU like the watch, forget about the price tag or other’s opinions. Wear it with confidence and your own style & others can only respect it. With that in mind, I am only recently embarking on my watch collecting journey (as of two weeks ago) and decided to share my first two investments that I’m excited about! A Seagull 1963 and a Seiko Presage Model SRPD37. 😁👍🏾

Welcome 🖐. In my experience on here I have not come across many watch snobs. The "regulars" are all super friendly and offer good advice. IMO, WC beats FB, IG and all the other social media sites - but then a watch freak would think that! 😆

Absolutely, there's no such thing as putting peoples down because of their money or anything they buy. True watch nerds don't care, if you wear a watch and you're interested in watches, you're one of us. As a friend of mine like to say : in the end it's only possessions, this is materialistic, so there's no room for ego or putting others down. The only thing you can do is share the passion. Nice to count you in 🙌
