Opinions on the Ressence Type 3?

I've always been fascinated by Ressence and love its unique take on watchmaking but have never met anyone that actually owns one. I would love to hear from anyone that owns a Type 3. Since I just blew my 2023 watch budget, I am naturally thinking about 2024. A Ressence Type 3 in Eucalyptus Green would be glorious.

I Think the dial and the lay out is amazing, doesn't or I've not seen anything that looks like it in any field not just watches,I mean the way its raised up but also looks like its floating 👌 its amazing, but just a piece of art to me because even if I could afford I wouldn't pay that for one.so I'll just admire, did make me consider sinn oil filled pieces though.

Certainly more than I would spend on a watch but if I decided to, it would be a front runner in my decision of which to buy.

Green. I was thinking of throwing that in my budget also.

It’s spectacular in every way. The green one looks neat, but the black is still the best, since you can’t see the breaks between all the subdials on it.

I’ve seen them, both at W&W and Geneva Watch Week, and in boutiques in Geneva. To me, they're surreal. It disturbs my watchmaking « visual culture » and always skews my personal representation of what a watch is.

I remember how everyone around the table would bend down to get a better look at the CEO handling the piece, looking at this watch as if it were a UFO.

One guy even asked if we should change the watch's oil.

But your post does raise a point: we really need more information and owner experience on this piece.
