Do you find that a lot of your watches don’t get wrist time with that large of a collection? Which is the one watch you would keep if you had to get rid of all the rest?
Eventually some of my watches will get neglected compared to others but that’s not because I don’t like them. I have more than 150 so I need 5 months to have a full rotation (if we say that I wear a different watch everyday). That means that each of my watches will get wrist time twice a year but it doesn’t work exactly like that. I choose based on mood and occasion mostly. I can’t even think of getting rid of them
Since I only got one Rolex, I know you're referring to my Two Tone Sky Dweller. I know, at first glance it can be confused with a Yacht Master. However, I think I need to buy a yacht first, before I feel like I've earned the right to wear a yacht master. Lol 😂

I’m just guessing here but if you would have taken the money for this entire collection I bet you could have had the money for a vc overseas and a few beaters to keep with it. I’m guessing your collecting journey was more fulfilling than this idea. I just can’t help think of value retention with these things…..
You're absolutely right, I could have had a grail level watch such as an AP or VC, but that wouldn't be any fun (for me). Part of the fun of collecting is the hunting, driving out to meet the sellers, knowing I got a crazy good deal, finding rare/peculiar pieces, as well as not being afraid to wear my watches. And just like an addiction, it doesn't have to make sense, it just has to make me feel good. 😅... People aren't concern about their addictions holding resale value, heck, gamblers often just go throw away money. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs; watches are my vice. 😎🤙

Yes sir, that is a Sky Dweller... You found Waldo. 🤣 I usually wear the Rolex (on it's two tone oyster bracelet) or a couple of my nicer, higher end $1000+ limited/special edition Seikos. I used to have 3 very classy Grand Seikos, but I parted away with them earlier this year, so I am definitely in the market for a ",suit and tie" piece(s). You'd be surprised how many of my watches look and feel more "expensive/classy" just with a simple bracelet/strap switch.
It has been a pleasure for my wife and I to see your watches in person and getting to know you better. Looking forward to seeing you at more gatherings.

Rotation Anxiety is that feeling I sometimes get when I am wearing a watch and in the back of my mind I wish I was wearing another watch or watches in my collection and am, never actually sure I should be wearing that particular watch. In the past once I get to a certain number of watches I tend to stress out about it. So little time, too many watches.

I see not a bad Idea actually! The important thing and I salute you for that is that you are obviously enjoying the seikosas much as the sky dweller and for that you count as a true watch collector!
