Lorier Loving

I'm inclined to write a review for this watch, and to say I'm smitten is a gross understatement.

What are some tips for writing a good review? It's hard not to be biased when I love it this much.

·

Just write what's in your heart.

We, nor you, should expect you to be unbiased in your review of a piece you love.

Words to live by, thanks!

I can't wait to hear/read what you got to say/type. I am of no help when it comes to writing a review but I really and want a Lorier for my next piece. Tell me good things!

I'll be sure to keep you in mind when I do! 😁

Its a decent vintage looking watch with at least the upgraded Miyota movement. Hesascratch crystal should be sapphire for the price though. The company even recommends Polywatch for the scratches on their website.

Ain't for everyone, that's for sure. It's definitely an acquired taste.

I agree that hesalite can present challenges. But with Lorier it was an intentional aesthetic choice. My Speedmaster has the same crystal. While not for everyone, when I compare it to my sapphire watches, the hesalite has a warmer and more vintage vibe. And yes I do use poly watch, but it’s easy to remove scratches.

Your Lorier looks great. I’m thinking about getting a Falcon. I’d echo @UnholiestJedi and just write what’s in your heart. Here’s an article by the esteemed Jack Forster on writing about watches. Maybe that can inspire you. Regardless, I look forward to reading your review.

Write what you like about your Neptune, I myself enjoy reading a personal perspective more than another balanced review comparing the specs to other watches.

·

take a good photos and write what you appreciated on the watch. you cant go wrong with the lorier anyway 😂

Beautiful watch, reminds me of the omega seamaster 300

Have either this or the falcon on my shortlist. Would love to read your heartfelt review on this :)

That is exactly the point of a review. It is 'your' opinion, so you can be biased!

Also, what's the point if you take suggestions - it is going to sound like just another review. Pour all of yourself into the review and we all will have a new kind of a review!
