Unexpected Grail Turned Xmas Present
Whilst on the hunt for a GMT I stumbled across this Longines Spirit Zulu Time. Admittedly this wasn’t even on my radar until I saw it in the flesh and on my wrist. Instantly in love. Completely unexpected grail as it was out of my budget at the time. Went back a few more times just to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind trying to save up for this. Turns out my wife saw me checking it out one time and guess what ended up under the Christmas tree!! Will admit the 42mm only works well with the leather strap. The bracelet makes the lug-lug feel similar to the Bulova lunar pilot. Also I think the tanned leather works much better with this colour combo.

Recommend leather strap 100%. Their blue looks amazing too but I think they have done well with the colour matching on all the Zulu times.
