Never seen this version before, certainly not in the UK. Like the alternative colour way a lot. This is a great watch for the price 💪

Since the backlight is stock color, I guess this isn't a tint job. Is LCD background color merely whatever color some physical background is made? Don't make me look this up myself.

Yeah it's a different color LCD film that lines the back of the glass. A lot of Casio's gold digitals have the gold tinted film.
