Ladies & Gentlemen, I got the watch!!!
Just unpacked my new black Casio MDV-106 Duro!
This is an amazing watch. It is way better than it looks on the Internet. Feels like an expensive diver.
All the features of the Duro are better than I thought. It is not so big, it's really detailed well, and even the strap is very cool (BTW I don't like rubber straps at all.) This one feels like a more expensive silicone strap. Also, I love the sunburst dial.
I think I made the right decision to pick up the black one with the Marlin. The Marlin gives this watch its own personality, and in black color it looks like not only like a dive watch, but also like a field watch, so it will go well with many different straps, unlike the blue Duro.

It’s a great watch separate from the price, but taking the price into consideration it is an amazing watch! Enjoy it, and wear it in good spirits!
My brother isn't a watch guy per say & wanted suggestions for something with a beach/Bahamas feel that wouldn't break the bank. Water resistance a plus.

Haha yeah after I bought the black one I went and got all colors cuz they were so cheap. Local Walmart around here carries them on the shelves for about 50 bucks. Gave the green bezel to my brother as a gift and going to give away the others and keep the all blue one.

Congrats on purchasing the Duro! 👍 Also own one and replaced the original strap with an OEM Casio bracelet, which looks great; but that's about it. It's a pretty crappy quality bracelet to tell you the truth 😕

If you don’t like rubber straps Aliexpress have bracelets in three designs with the marlin and Casio on the clasp I have ordered one and will review it when it’s here!

You can't go wrong with a Duro. Now that you have been bitten by the bug, don't be surprised if you start looking for another one in a different color! I have two and wear both regularly. Enjoy!
