I spent 20 years cooking and now expedite at a fine dining restaurant full time. My watch is truly a tool for expediting. I need to track and measure time all day. That TAG is a perfect tool for a kitchen too. Great looking classic of a watch there.

I have the same caliber in a Conquest Classic and it’s got a sapphire case back. I wonder why it’s solid on the hydro. Perhaps for depth rating.
The dial texture sort of throws me off. If these were a brushed or sunburst style dial I think I’d buy one.
Then again I may buy one anyways, I do like them.
I like all of them, the only one I’d buy, and I’ve already bought one, is the Moonswatch. They’re cool though. I like the designs.
