Good morning, everyone! I'm thrilled to share some exciting news. My long-awaited Monta Triumph field watch with the army green dial has arrived, and I must say, it has left me thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of admiring this timepiece at Worn & Wound in Chicago this past summer, and it was love at first sight. Last night, as I closely examined the watch and compared its finishes with much pricier timepieces, I couldn't find a single flaw. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this piece and please share your favorite field watch?

My field watch is a Tissot T-touch Ti. Ugly, but got ABC (Altimeter, Barometer,Compass) so useful.

I’m a huge fan of Monta (though I don’t own any). It’s a stunner for sure!
Loved it. I have the charcoal Triumph. If the green was available when I ordered mine, I would have chosen it. Great watch. Enjoy.

That is a beautiful watch and awesome color! I love Monta. I have been browsing their site for weeks. I’m having a very hard time deciding between the Atlas, Triumph, and the Oceanking.

Very nice! My favorite field watch is a vintage 70s Timex Automatic Viscount with elapsed time ring. About 47 years ago, one was on my wrist in about every swamp in south Alabama and northern Florida doing grad school work. It finally quit a few years ago. Used its corpse to learn how to refurbish vintage Timex watches. Example is attached.
