Yes I've often missed 1 o'clock meetings because I thought it was L o'clock.
But jokes aside that's exactly why I want numbers. It's fast to read and harder to make mistakes when tired or busy.
Yeah that happens sometimes. Sometime I guess because it looks so perfect in the official photos which often aren't real photos but actually computer generated.
That's my main watch and it's so good.
By the way the vast majority of weight gain or loss is food intake. More fresh veg and fruit and less junk.
But yes walking a lot is healthy and it does make a difference. I love the step tracker.
