As close as I will get to a fitness watch.

As winter approaches us in Australia, laziness begins to set in. Realising that I am out of shape ( just a big round shape ๐Ÿ˜‚), I need to get off my ass and move.

I don't want to succumb to a Fitbit or Garmin with everything and the kitchen sink as well.

Just want to track my steps, tell the time and make sure the watch is as tough as a cats head.

So what do you think I came across???

G shock gbd 200. No need for the notifications, just my steps.

Have seen them before but a bit pricey, but with 60% off, I had to say yes

You can't go wrong with that. Its not just steps it can track, you can still use it while doing a few laps in the pool too.

By the way the vast majority of weight gain or loss is food intake. More fresh veg and fruit and less junk.

But yes walking a lot is healthy and it does make a difference. I love the step tracker.

Well I'm on feet all day so interested to see how many steps I can get.
