Hate is too extreme of an attitude and feeling towards a watch. IMHO, if a person "hates" a particular kind of watch, that person is insanely dramatic, overly invested in a preference re. a piece of metal that helps tell time, and clearly falls into his/her confirmation bias. It's much ado about nothing. Having said that, I don't hate an Ana-Digi watch. I simply don't prefer it.
Had one 'zactly like this Timex; wore it as a daily driver from 2000 thru 2009/10 ... this thing, as a daily, endured all kinds of use, abuse and general wear and tear! Worked perfectly for a decade ... until it didn't anymore ... Loved that watch! Currently wear its bracelet on my Vostok Komanderskie.

Fair enough.
I think it's okay to hate stuff sometimes. It's a strong emotion like love. Just a bit different.

Indeed, my friend. It is a strong emotion like love, and for both emotions, the object must be worth feeling this strongly for it. I love my son, and I will hate anyone who tries to deceive him or do him harm. 😉
I don't hate those, but I certainly wouldn't buy it. There may be other people who like it and buy it, but I will not hate them or their watch for it. 😉

People hate them?!?
People hate them?!?
I would assume so. Pretty sure I've heard that at some point in the past.

Really? Is it "insanely dramatic" to hate this?

I don't hate those. I do think they are hilarious though. 😂

Spewing hate!! 🤣
I find the Seiko Arnie pretty cool and on the Casi-Oaks it also looks good. The Breitling Aerospace is a bit too much for me, but I don’t hate it.
Casioak!!!
This is done right. Hooray to @Verner
