The 5 timezone watch was very successful for Jacob & Co around the turn of the century.

All marketing. Jacob probably gave that watch to drake for free for this exact photo. Jacob & Co. have been part of the flexing culture wayyy before social media.

The diamonds and colors really scream ladies watch but i'm not going to judge. It was probably just a fashion choice that had to be pricey as bling is the point.

Clear evidence that fame and fortune can't buy you taste or class.

Yea those jeans are called “chrome hearts” it’s a brand that rappers wear and people think it’s cool so they buy it. All advertisement lol. I live in NYC and lots of people here pay the $500-2k on Chrime hearts just because they see rappers wear it. Basically all followers

Believe it or not if you haven't seen them in person you will be surprised. My friend that I work for has a couple of them. I had the same feelings about them until seen in the flesh. He has one with diamonds and one without. They actually are a quality looking watch. I'd rather have his diamond bezel #breitling but if given to me I would wear it. Any of them. Then trade it for another Rolex. 😂

I think Jacob is under appreciated. The stuff that Jacob puts out is definitely insane BUT they are unique (usually finely detailed - including fine cut stone) and imaginative. We always complain about how people are just doing the same design over and over and over again. Jacob doesn’t do that.

Also, he has to be given credit, he was doing blinged out watches before it became a trend.

I could never afford, nor do I really want any of his watches. But man, if you ever get to see one up close, which I’ve seen in Vegas, they are very cool to stare at.

Not to everyone taste for sure and not mine either, but if he likes it then fair enough. You cannot escape the fact that it for most it is horrible.
