None of the above -- if I'm going GS (and I think I'm going to for my next major watch purchase), I'm going Spring Drive.

Better be ready come september!  I think that one is limited to 250 pieces.

My guy texted me this morning and asked which ones I wanted.  I blew him off.  Then, this happened...

I'm 100% locked in on the SBGJ261 and dude promised me 90% likely to get the SBGK015.

This hobby is nuts.

On the virtual event this afternoon, the shots that Joe shared with the group showed a wide range of green shades depending on light and shadow....two things GS know a lot about and hot to manipulate.

Tbh im not that impressed, I know that might not be popular but im still waiting on them to make some improvements before purchase my next GS , perhaps 5 day spring drove model if I see one I like :)

Ha!  The SBGJ259 is unlimited, so I am not depriving you of anything, I promise!

The SBGJ261 is a limited edition of 500 pieces and the SBGK015 is limited to 250.  I'm kinda kicking myself, because 

• Boutique Manager texted me first thing in the morning, asking me which ones I wanted.  He tells me that both the SBGJ261 and the SBGK015 are available only to Boutique VIPs, his phone's been ringing off the hook, but Boutique policy is not to sell to rando's
• I was like, "Dude, I'm trying to stick to spring drive only moving forward."  He texted back to say, "Uh...  okay.  Don't say I didn't give you a chance, 'cause you're my guy!"
• A couple of hours later, I keep looking at all the photos, and I'm like, "F*ck it!  Why do I have this stupid rule for myself about Spring Drive.  I'll get both!"
• Call the Boutique Manager, and he tells me that he's only got 10 of each watch allocated to him, and that 5 of each go to his sales guy to place, so he's only got 5 available to place with his clients
• In the 2 hours I sat around dithering, 3 Boutique VIPs had already called dibs on the SBGJ261, so I was #4 and am definitely going to get one of those when they arrive.  But, 5 Boutique VIPs had already put their names down for the SBGK015, so I was sh*t outta luck
• I do this...

• He can't take listening to my uncontrolled sobbing, and says, "Okay, okay...  dude...  I'll find a way.  I'll reach out to corporate.  I got a guy there.  I can't guarantee it 100%, but...  I'll say 90%.  90% I'll be able to get it for you"
• Me...

• Followed by this when my daughter asks why my eyes are so red...

I want a Baltimore edition that has a rat theme.

Luckily I already got the limited edition I was after and have the hots for the green dial so I can reserve my crazy for future limited editions.  I really need them to do another red dial like the SBGH269, which may have inspired the new green dial GMT. 

I'm not even a big fan of green, but that SBGJ259 is beautiful!!!

Seriously GS need to stop making these awesome dials and just let us simply look at the time already!

The pale green seconds hand on the green dial GS sells it for me! Stunning! Don’t get me wrong, that pastel blue dial is hypnotic, but that seconds hand. Love it! 

I want a San Francisco themed one that smells like urine, with an alarm that yells random nonsense at you, for 10x the price.
