I don't really have an every day watch since I change watches every one or two days, but I do have some favorite ones that are the ones I use the most.
This watch cost me about 280$ so far with straps and everything, and for a lover middle class university student, thats a lot.๐
I still regret blowing that much cash on one watch every once in a while, but then I fall in love again. Rinse and repeat. Selling it would take a long time as it is not very well known, not sought after (altough great specs) and would come at a substantial loss. Its my first mechanical.

Lover middle class is quite the typo. I kinda dig it.
Anyway, my daily is my most expensive watch, about half of my total watch collection value. Although the Marathon GSAR looks better the more beat up it is anyway.
My mood usually dictates what watch I wear and I feel like I need to use all the watches I have and keep them on a good rotation. But I have noticed I have been using my GMT as a daily ๐
I tend to grab my Nomos Club NWC the most since its just an easy wear, has water resistance, and flies under the radar while still being classy.
The most expensive watch I wear regularly as a daily? Probably Grand Seiko Shunbun. Despite the zaratsu and the lovely dial it's a still very understated watch unless you really stop to look at it. And surprisingly has decent water resistance. Wear it on a bracelet during fall/winter and on a leather strap the rest of the time.
If I've waited and saved for an expensive watch I'm not going to leave it sitting, pristine, in its box for the next person to enjoy. I'm going to wear it whenever I can.
So my most expensive everyday watch is my most expensive watch; my NTTD Seamaster.

This is the best photo I've seen of this watch irl. Usually it's on a skinnier wrist and the watch wears the wearer. But you've definitely got the wrist for this one. Looks great.

PS. Gotta love wfh...

Thanks!
It's strange - if I measure my wrist, it's only 7.25", so not particularly huge, but watches tend to wear small on me. I'm always surprised when I see the same watch on (ostensibly) the same-sized wrist and it looks huge!
Just goes to show, using other people's wrist shots as a reference for what a watch will look like on you is often a fool's errand.

Agreed - flatter wrists look bigger than rounder wrists of the same circumference.
Anyway, I wish I could pull off that watch, as the colours look super cool. But alas, a 6.5" wrist would make it look like daddy's watch..

My GSAR is probably my most solid, well built and capable watch of all times.
Actually I do not have an "every day" watch, if by every day watch you mean one you wear always except for special occassions. While working, I pretty much changed watches everyday. So I suppose you would say every watch in my collection is an every day watch, from Swatches to Rolexes. They all get worn at some point (unless a battery is dead).
BTW, my "go to watches", the ones that you wear when you can't decide what to wear, are my Omega Planet Ocean and Rolex Explorer II.

These are my most expensive everyday watches.
These are my most worn everyday watches.
This bad boy I just picked up. Day 5 of a week on the wrist and itโs crazy I even have this.
My most expensive everyday watch was a Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue which actually I use for special events.
A month ago I purchased a royal blue Tissot Sideral which is my current everyday watch since then.
Tomorrow, probably things are going to change a bit ...

I wore my TAG Heuer Link daily for a number of years until I started collecting, now I change almost daily.
Wear this pretty much 24/7, just can't take it off , love it ๐ค

Been using this every day and night for three months now

I love how someone who enjoys an 3,000+ watch also wears a Casio.
Looking at my wruw gallery, this is most expensive and most worn right now

Can't disagree. Twinning your arctic dial.
