Hello everyone! Just wanted to start a discussion on vintage watches and the best "daily wearers" in the under $2000 usd. Of course, with daily wearing I mean desk work and washing hands. Dress watches seem the best, but all are welcome! Let me know what suggestions you guys have and want to have!

No Omega? Nothing cooler than a vintage Omega 😎

Oh, it's the best! Do you have a particular model in mind?
You know, there are a lot of great vintage Hamilton watches. Here is one from my own collection that has become one of my go to daily watches.
Dateline A681 from 1968.
For me, it's definitely this one, a 1949 Omega CK 2537-4:
35mm, screw-back case in Staybrite steel, case back and crown are gasketed, it's also fitted with a crystal with a tension ring. Calibre 283 inside, and its enhanced (compared to other 30T2 variants) antimagnetic balance does the trick, my work laptop's mag-lock doesn't influence it one bit.
Amazing. A basic OP Rolex Explorer I actually quite like the look of.
Currently fitted with this 1965 Seiko 6619-9990 and loving it.
