Apologies: WatchCrunch won't let me edit the original post to include more pictures and change the dial/movement ratings. Here's a better photograph of the strap.

I'm selling my like-new Mystic Forest Alpinist in case anyone is interested. I love the watch but the color overlaps with my Accutron Spaceview 2020. I purchased it from my local Seiko Boutique/AD, hence it's still under warranty, comes with box and papers, the additional branded leather strap and deployant clasp, etc.

Where did you get the compass attachment? I recently purchased some Vietnam-era military homages and would like to add a compass to one or two of the straps. Vario offers a compass but it's too modern to pair with watches homaging that era's pieces.

Thanks for the confirmation. Are you familiar how easy it might be to do this on one's own? Relatedly, do you know whether a special cutting tool would be required, or what tool a jeweler might use?

Thank you for posting pictures of this; it's a gorgeous piece.

Is there a brand that you prefer, John? I'm considering obtaining a Seiko Spork with a bracelet (6.5") that's too small for my 7.125" wrist.
