Anachronist ZeroPass Leather Strap Review

Pros: The 22mm leather strap is extremely comfortable, wears better than any NATO-style strap I've ever had on wrist, and is made of high-quality, good-looking leather. Having my Glycine Airman sit so flushly (!) on wrist is superb.

Wearability: A+ (best I've experienced)

Quality: A (appropriate for, and worth, the price)

Cons: Two negatives--one easily remediable, the other perhaps not. First, the only hardware selection, at present, is polished steel. Brushed steel would match much better with all my watches, especially my military-styled watches. Second, though this may be unavoidable, the strap's present construction requires the high-quality accent stitching to be almost entirely hidden. This makes for a significantly different and less appealing look than off-wrist pictures might suggest.

Optionality: D+ (only polished hardware offered)

Aesthetics: B- (design hides beautiful stitching)

This is close to being perfect. Offering additional hardware options seems like it would be relatively easy to ameliorate. If there is some way that the design team could enable to accent stitching to remain more visible, moreover, this would be a singular accomplishment. It's so close!

This is, without exaggeration, the most comfortable and watch-thickness-complimenting strap that I've ever experienced. If polished hardware is acceptable to you, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase.

Apologies: WatchCrunch won't let me edit the original post to include more pictures and change the dial/movement ratings. Here's a better photograph of the strap.
