Am I blind? Is there truly no way to adjust the bracelet on this Credor that I purchased for my girlfriend?

This beautiful, vintage Credor has (to my eyes) no obvious way to adjust its bracelet, which unfortunately is too long for my girlfriend to wear.

Am I blind? Is there a way to adjust the bracelet that I've overlooked?

If not, is anyone familiar with an alternative way to shorten the bracelet and/or make it more wearable for her?

I'd greatly appreciate any insight y'all have to offer! We're hoping not to have to return the watch, which we adore.

Nope, those are only adjusted by a jeweler cutting the bracelet.

Thanks for the confirmation. Are you familiar how easy it might be to do this on one's own? Relatedly, do you know whether a special cutting tool would be required, or what tool a jeweler might use?

Dont rush something you can't redoo like that. Let the pro do it instead of a potential costly screwing up.

Don't even try! I've had two Credor bracelets cut by a professional and he said it was the hardest steel he ever encountered. Cost him a diamond grinder bit...

If id never done it before, I would trust it to a professional over trying it myself.

Same cutter they use to cut and size rings.

🤔 (Credor boardroom) "How can we make the purchase experience memorable", room goes quiet, Intern puts up their hand, "Make it un-sizable", CEO, "Genius, promote them to VP of marketing" 😂😂😂😩

What a lovely watch. Hope you will find an alternate way to shorten its bracelet.
