Maybe my next purchase? I’m a total ST nut so this might be meant to be.

Absolutely love it! I purchased last year because I wanted a field watch. I already had the Hamilton Scuba, so looked at different brands and settled on the Dune 65. I sometimes wear it every day some weeks and then switch out for another when I want something different. But definitely in my regular rotation.

What I like about it:

  • It runs at +5spd. Decent Selitta movement.

  • Cream colour dial is fantastic with applied markers. Very nice touch with matching 6’ date wheel.

  • 38mm diameter and L2L of 44mm are near ideal dimensions for me.

  • Less than 12mm thickness slips under my cuff perfectly.

  • 150m WR really makes it a daily.

  • Bracelet is great with micro-adjust, but I would say the clasp is a little too long for my taste (not a deal breaker).

  • I wear on a leather strap because I find the combo achieves the field watch look I’m after.

  • In my honest opinion this may be an affordable “AquaTerra-like” option at 1/5 the price. I bought last year for around $900. I think it might be more now, but for what you get I think it’s worth it compared to a Khaki.

I would definitely recommend!

What watch is this!

·

It is the “Beam me up! Mechanical” watch from Mr. Jones watches.

·

Love your Mt. Iwate on the grey rubber strap. Beautiful, tasteful collection

Thank you for the kind words. I find the bracelet a little hard to wear sometimes. My wrist gets larger throughout the day and the rubber strap turned out to be more comfortable.

I know the feeling. I’ve found the micro-adjust sweet spot on a couple of my watches I enjoy on their bracelets but I’ll have to give rubber a shot sometime. Looks comfy

Nice collection! I love the TV shaped Omega.

I’m curious which are your longest held models.

·

You have an amazing collection 👌

·

The GS is stunning!! 😍

·

Brilliant collection. Would like one similar someday but would substitute the Cartier with a Reverso.

Fantastic group you you've got there! Love the little Seiko GS in the bottom row.

I'm looking to add a GS quartz as well sometime.

Welcome to Crunch! 🍻
