Nothing. I keep it simple. A watch on my left wrist, that's it.
I occasionally wear a paracord bracelet, or my ID bracelet when I am running.

Yes, this was specifically made for me. My friend is from Senegal and had matching bracelets made for my wife and I on one of his trips back.
Any paracord bracelet you can recommend?
I may have been a little generous when I called it a paracord bracelet. I mean, it is, but it’s literally just a piece of orange paracord o tied around my wrist with double stopper knots. I’ve been wearing it for about a year, in the sun and water. It’s super sunbleached and faded now.
The other bracelets are 4Ocean bracelets, recycled sea glass and plastic.
