Same I completely agree, the offshore is the exact opposite of elegant. You got the perfect word for it "the brick". 

Zenith is just absolute class and it is priced very reasonably and one can't forget the movement, it is a great one (Rolex used to use it). What more to ask for.

Get into budget watch collection sub 300$ and even less. Get different colored watches, different bracelets, different cases. There are nice budget watch brands that are making great watches for under 300$. 

Just collect with no expectations, just purely on what you like and definitely don't care about other people think, do it just for you.

Personally, the Marlin Peanuts Edition is one of my favorite watches of all time. It is fun in a serious way and it is surely a great conversation starter.

This is a definitely a good looking watch, but i do have a problem with the bracelet. I have tried it out and i have to say that it not as well made as the rest of the watch.

I agree with you in terms of price because after all it is quartz timex watch and i personally think it should be less than 150$.
