I don't think that it is from the 1970's. That looks more like a 1960's model (after the switch from radium to tritium). Felca is around today and is known as Titoni. A picture of the movement may help date the watch with more specificity.

Yes, the person who originally got it from the boutique decades ago sold it to the same boutique just recently. The boutique serviced it and resold it. I got for a good price 100$, and I am really happy with it 😊

Felca aren't commonly seen on the forums I visit (they were mainly sold in eastern Asian countries I think).
