A watch doesn't make the man. Also many men won't notice your prized watch, which in some ways, ironically, is the point.
With the date complication you're getting a bit more 'value' with the Longines. The Tudor is classic, and the blue dial is rich. But it does feel a hard sell looking at the specs. Try them on, and some other blue dial watches suggested here. The fit and look is the ultimate sell.
