Hmmm, I'd say Seiko

·

Seiko and longines for sure!

·

Difficult question, there are a few, Longines, Tissot, Nomos, but the ultimate Bang for your Buck has to be Seiko.

·

I would say Longines, Seiko, grand seiko and believe it or not, many from Cartier!

·

Longines have been killing it lately! They stay true to their history and they have been dropping great watches (with 36 mm options for those with smaller wrist)! Even the new Patek Phillipe Calatrava seems to take out some of the design elements of Longines aviation model like the SPIRIT

To me, I still think Seiko is my favorite bang-for-your buck (BFYB) watch brand. The rich history, time-tested workhorse, and totally in-house manufacturing is really still a marvel today.

Yes, they are trying to climb to another market, and yes, they have various QC problem. However, I believe it is still the best BFYB watch you can buy! especially JDM models like SARB033 [sadly discontinued] that originally cost around $300. Even their newer models such as SPB143J is such a great watch for $1000 that stays true to the 62MAS models.

·

I have to agree Seiko not longines unless max is looking for longines to sponsor his YouTube and watchcrunch then I agree with him lol

·

probably seiko...

·

I'm gonna have to go with Seiko and Hamilton.

·

I would say Longines, Sinn, Formex, Hamilton ... actually many of the lesser known brands of the Swatch group.

·

For me Mido and Hamilton. My first mechanical watch was a Mido Ocean Star 200 in Titanium. What a great design, applied indices, 200 meter water resistance, a real good bracelet with a great extension system. 80 hrs power reserve! So good. I also like the mechanical field watches of Hamilton. Indestructible and great design.

·

I would say entry level swatch group, but my favorite is Hamilton

·

Seiko, Citizen and Longines would be my top pick for best value watches :)

·

For me the biggest bang for the buck watch companies/manufacturers are definitely

  • Sinn
  • Oris
  • Damasko
  • Seiko (not always)
  • Casio
  • Longines

Wish everyone good luck for the giveaway 👌and keep up the fantastic job at watch crunch.

·

Hamilton

·

Hamilton and Longines for sure. Seiko has been getting kinda pricey

·

Love Seiko but when it comes to value I prefer Orient.

·

Wait…what??? This is unbelievable to me. I really thought it was a scam or something when I first read your message.

I sincerely appreciate this. Thank you SO much! Keep up the excellent  work on YouTube! I’ll make sure to post this when it arrives. I’ve really enjoyed this platform so far.

·

I am quite surprised that no-one mention Swatchs MoonSwatch. But myself I love the vintage watches like Italian Vetta.

·

Well, Casio can deliver a lot and stay cheap..

·

Seiko for sure

·

I would have to say Seiko and Tissot. Those were my picks before jumping into luxury watches.

·

Fantastic Review! Congrats! 💯

·

Alpina, great design, casing and movements - totally Swiss, totally unique with quiet flair. Great bang for your buck.

·

Frederique Constant and Raymond Weil are great choices.

Longines, hamilton, seiko, and latest brand I've come across, Wise!
Absolutely amazing quality & sick design. I paired it with a zelos swordfish bracelet and honestly, can't find anything better at the price point!

Thanks for the discovery of Wise watch ! Are you happy with yours ?

·

Hmm, I’d say a g-shock (low price, lasts forever). But I also agree with lots of other folks, Seiko is probably a contender as well.

·

Casio $ Seiko

·

Seiko w/o the QC issues for entry category and Longines for the luxury category.

·

I'd say Nomos.

·

Orient and Islander are a great deal.
