I would buy the movement and swap it out myself. It'll be a fun learning experience if you haven't done it before.
The bracelet for the new Ranger is a perfect fit and can be purchased separately. This will give you the T fit clasp and do away with the rivets too.
Unless you can find a Casio parts dealer you may end up having to buy the whole watch. I'd recommend going with one of these metal bracelet models and you'll get a pretty sweet digital watch with it too for cheap.
