I think I've seen way less Pelagos 39 in the 2nd hand market than Black Bay Pro. Both were really in demand when released, but BB Pro has been seeing a significant mark down in the used market.

I think eventually all watches will go down in the hype. Like now you're easily buy a Black Bay 58 from the AD.

I find comfort in telling myself that I can always sell them.

IMO Nomos don’t look the same at all. 

Tangente - Metro - Tetra - Club - Orion all look different.

I would count Tangente, Ahoi, Ludwig to be the same model. In another brand, they could easily be one line just models from different years

The conquest heritage is amazing. It's a bit weird that Longines put them in the same name as their hydroconquest diver line.....

There're also so many vintage models to pick from.

I was always looking for the Polerouter in a steel case with a dial in good condition.

Now I think I missed huge opportunities to own a gold one.

I don’t think swatch deserves any praise for generating the hype by limiting supplies. 

Do they though? Or do they just think in the US only customers from 7 cities would want these watches.
