Bark & Jack's Nato straps just blew me away. I once posted a pic of my pile of Natos (because it is ridicilously big). Several asked to the Blueberry Broad Weave Bark&Jack in the middle of the pile because the quality is just that obvious. His leather straps look great too, but I have no hands on exp :-)
Go to casual - The Watch Steward (G series specifically). Great quality, good price, and available. I love Mankey straps but a 2+ mo wait is a long time to wait for an impulse buy:)
Leather: Martu. Love the rustic look of their straps and the hardware is awesome.

My favorite in the world is @Jericho.
The nicest I own is Genteel Handmade, but you're gonna shell out big bucks for it.
Meanwhile, VNCrocShop on Etsy makes incredibly good crocodile leather straps for an unbeatable price.
I really like Clockwork Synergy.
I'm a big fan of Barton and Strapsco, and I got a couple of great Horween straps from Benchmark Basics.
Erica Originals, EA8 Leathergoods, Crown and Buckle (Chevron strap), UTE NATO, Zulu Alpha Straps, and Elliot Brown (Heritage strap) ….
I did a post (and podcast) awhile back https://www.ajbarse.com/from-office-to-trailhead/ 🤙🏼
Some good ones on ETSY, CBStraps, Iris Thomas and Fin Straps.
If you are looking for value for money and handmade one at a time look into SherpLeatherwork on Etsy from Poland. Takes over a month to get one.
Local Indonesian Strap Maker Pride..... HNMD, House of Makaryo, SHL leather, Someah.co and bunch of them

I just got my first CS straps - a 2 piece NATO and a 2 piece elastic - last week. Solid straps.
