Erika's Originals, I have three with a fourth on the way.
My favorite in the world is @Jericho.
The nicest I own is Genteel Handmade, but you're gonna shell out big bucks for it.
Meanwhile, VNCrocShop on Etsy makes incredibly good crocodile leather straps for an unbeatable price.
I really like Clockwork Synergy.
I'm a big fan of Barton and Strapsco, and I got a couple of great Horween straps from Benchmark Basics.

Bark & Jack's Nato straps just blew me away. I once posted a pic of my pile of Natos (because it is ridicilously big). Several asked to the Blueberry Broad Weave Bark&Jack in the middle of the pile because the quality is just that obvious. His leather straps look great too, but I have no hands on exp :-)

I just got my first CS straps - a 2 piece NATO and a 2 piece elastic - last week. Solid straps.
Go to casual - The Watch Steward (G series specifically). Great quality, good price, and available. I love Mankey straps but a 2+ mo wait is a long time to wait for an impulse buy:)
Leather: Martu. Love the rustic look of their straps and the hardware is awesome.
For u europeans out there, Watchbandit in Germany is good. Nothing but good experiences until now.
