Super comfortable weight wise on the rubber strap, and being top heavy doesn't matter too much since the rubber strap tightens up nicely around your wrist, so the watch doesn't slide around.
It's honestly not TOO heavy, like it's definitely heavier than the Kamasu, Amphibia, and Pro Diver that I own, but not so heavy that I'm constantly thinking about it. It feels more "solid" heavy, not "chunk of metal making me sink to the bottom of the ocean" heavy haha.
Gonna have to recommend the Orient Kamasu as well, even if you already have a diver. Hard to beat it at this price range in terms of specs. $200-ish if you get it on Jomashop, sapphire glass, 200m water resist, screw down crown, reliable in house movement, good brand name.
Only downside so far I've had with mine is the tiny crown which is a bit annoying to screw and unscrew, but eh, you get used to it.
It's pretty decent quality so far too, even has the deployant clasp so you don't have to buckle anything down and have it fly off your wrist. It has some springbars that come with a little handlebar for easy installation and removal. Not sure if I trust them very much but the watch is staying in my hand right now lol.
Bulova is doing some interesting things and their retro reissues are nice, I just wish they'd put a stronger movement into their mechanicals instead of the Miyota 8 series. They're owned by Citizen, is it really too much to ask for a 9 series? No group discount?
