My parents matching wedding Omega Constellations! Can anyone tell me more about these models and the best way to fix them up?

My parents got these two matching Omegas back when they got married way back when. My mom was an air stewardess, and purchased them when she landed in Singapore. I don't know too much about the Omega Constellation, other than the fact that they're quartz watches!

They look really rough after being worn for a lifetime by my parents, their actual daily beaters for decades! They no longer wear them and they're just gathering dust in a case. Is there any way to restore them? The watches are currently not running because they said the place they went to to get battery changes would always charge them $70, and a cheaper place they went to totally destroyed the bracelets. I think some of the bracelets are matching their little gold caps as well, and the watches are all dinged up as well.

Is there any good way I should go about getting these restored, maybe, and is there any cheaper way to get the batteries changed? I do have the tools to open up casebacks, but I'm only confident in opening up Casios and fashion watches so far haha.

Well, they are already quite banged up, so don’t worry about changing the batteries yourself.

but if you have the money, send them to omega for a complete makeover and surprise your parents on their next wedding day
