I wish that were the case. It’s actually the main reason for all the discontinued rumors. Regretfully, the issue is real and there is no solution. A quick YouTube search and you’ll see how bad of an issue it is. Trust me, I would have purchased one already had it not been for that one problem.
Ceramic issue. Cracking across or around the blue portion, will happen even if you never hit it. 70+% failure rate in production and extremely difficult to service since it is prone to crack when removing. All in all, it’s the biggest complaint of the model. It’s due to the fact that the bezel is heat treated twice to achieve the color combination. Sad but true. I’d rather enjoy it at a distance and get a color way that doesn’t have the same issue.
