I also made a weekly watch rotation list when I started building my collection, and had it set up even before i had some pieces which I knew i was going to get.
I since moved away from it so I can switch up throughout the week, but the list went like this:
Monday - Blue Omega SMP300M Diver - diving back into the work week; blue watch Monday.
Tuesday - Green IWC Pilot's Chronograph 41 - taking flight on a tuesday; don't have a speedy but this is a solid substitute.
Wednesday - Tudor Black Bay Pro - exploring mid week and getting over hump day
Agenda Free Thursday - Gshock, Brew, etc - almost end of work week
Friday - Grand Seiko SBGW287 - getting dressy for Shabbos
Saturday - Cartier Tank Must Large - perfect Shabbos watch
Sunday - Rolex DJ36. The King for the weekend.
However I built this list before I had the datejust. Once I got the DJ I then became too obsessed with it and wear it every night and on Saturdays, Sundays, and days off/holidays. The Agenda free Thursday also stopped.
So I wear the omega, iwc, tudor, GS, and Cartier during the week (mon-fri) and DJ at night and on the weekends. Makes perfect use of the 6 "luxury" watch collection.
I sprinkle the gshock and brew in from time to time during the week too.
I think its partial getting a gorgeous modern interpretation of an OP from that era in the catalog to replace the cellini, and also using it to compete against the Calatrava. I've been to a rolex AD where I said mentioned that in my opinion this was to compete against the Calatrava and they completely agreed with me
Such a killer piece! They've pumped out some awesome metrics over the past year! Do you have tools to resize the bracelet yourself? And was it easy?
