How many watches do you bring on your business trips?

Since I’ve seen many posting about their business trips, I’m just curious on how many watches people usually bring on their business trips, one for workouts, one for business, and one for fun? Which ones?

Yep. Just came back from a trip. Seiko Diver GMT, Cartier Santos, And IWC Chrono. I always try for different colors also.

·

Depends on the length of the trip. No more than 3. All of mine are similar style and generally sporty/casual.

·

I like traveling with 1 watch. It's a nice way to bond with the watch and build memories.

·

One for day work hours and one for night events

Same here.

·

Business… just one. The GMT if crossing an ocean

·

One for flying and knockabout wear, one for formal wear. I never picked up that habit of flying in my suit.

·

I don't do business trips so...

·

Always one watch when I travel 1) Keep it simple business or vacation 2) an opportunity to buy something new!

·

But you know what? Now that you mention it, maybe I will bring more than one watch on business trips. I travel enough that I feel all my watches are just being wasted sitting at home.

·

One watch. plus Garmin for running.

·

I typically bring two, so i can choose depending on the type of visit, casual dress or suit.

Well ok, what is the plan here? If you wear the Seiko, you leave 15.000$ in the Hotel Room?

That's definitely something i could never do.

·

Two! Usually one GMT for the actual act of traveling + business meetings/workday, and one of my multitude of quartz knock-around watches for sightseeing or working out.

·

No matter what trip I make only one watch goes with me.

·

One valued at above $1000 one proper beater and one Garmin for the gym

·

I'm some way past business travel these days, but if I was still traveling the way I used to I'd only ever take one watch. Probably something fairly discreet.

·

2 watches in my case. A GADA and a dress watch.

·

Wait, ya’ll still traveling? 😂

Jokes aside, I usually bring 2. One everyday wear and a G-Shock or a field watch for when I’m exploring nature.

·

Usually 2. A world timer/beater/alarm to track time zones that is also backlit well for dark hotel room wear and a work-play GADA.

·

For business trips specifically, I travel with one watch. I work in the car industry so I typically travel with my Speedy or Carrera, as they have some relation to vehicles/racing. If it's not business travel, I still only take 1 watch. Depending on what I'm doing it's either my Willard, Speedy, or White Birch.

·

Same as a holiday trip, I fill up my 6 watch roll and decide what to wear each morning. I wear plain watches to a client's office, I don't want them to think we're overcharging them!

The hotels always have a safe.

·

Just 1

I’m there to work (not workout or anything else) usually on the field.

·

Just the one and I leave it on my wrist. There’s a very decent chance I will forget to check the safe in the hotel before leaving

·

Depends how long is the trip

·

Always one GMT, one diver, one G-SHOCK, and ALWAYS the Casio 1200😎

I always make sure that a safe in the room, or front desk is available. Also all are always insured.
