Congrats! When I saw your post, I definitely silently predicted 2T Daytona as your grail and exit! A few summers ago, feeling some ennui in my own watch hobby or just the mind numbing effects of a global pandemic, reached out to a young trusted grey market seller for a white dial ceramic Daytona, I knew that he was connected socially to the owner of a well known Rolex ad here in Toronto. You can probably guess the street price at the time, it was surprisingly not ridiculous. I didn’t love it on my wrist, oddly have always felt the watch, the size, look worked better on a lady’s wrist. Members predict that you will return to the hobby, I am not as confident, you seem to be a deeply passionate, determined person not given to arriving at conclusions without considerable contemplations. Best of luck in your future carefree affectations, whatever they will be! ❤️

I can be a bit predictable.😄 Since having the GMT, two tone has grown on me. I know ot can be flashy, but with a bit of my "boyish" style, I am hoping I don't come off as flashy.

I also tried on the whole dial ceramic one, but after o tried to the two tone, it felt like a no-brainer.

I am very flattered and touched by your comment as well, I know this is a hobby that can pull you back in any minute. I said when I get my grail, that was it. I'm kinda principle driven, so by principle I want to stick to what I said. I've been in the hobby long enough, hunting and researching and doing it all over again that I am ready to settle down from it. Thank you for seeing that and the kind words.

I'm still gonna be on WC, and looking forward to your posts and everyone else's too.
