What would you do?

I have THE PRX. If it were you, would you sell the PRX to get replace it with the SARB?

100% yes

Both for the win

I would get the SARB in a heartbeat.

I would

Can you comment a little on why you are considering doing that, and your pros and cons for the watches?

T'were my own collection, I'd have the prx over the sarb. The sarb became a forum darling because it set the bar for what you could for your money get in terms of design a quality--*at that time*. Now that times have changed, other brands had stepped up their game, and seiko's prices have increased, the sarb just doesn't feel that compelling to me, personally.

The prx is the new forum darling because it set a new bar for how fun and dashing an entry level Swiss watch could be.

The sarb's claim to fame was understated competence and stylistic versatility for cheap. There's too many watches in my collection for me to get excited about that.

Meanwhile, the prx's claim to fame is a catchy visual personality and sharp, sparkly looks for cheap. And that's pretty much what a watch needs in order to hold its own in my collection.

Get a Citizen nb1050 instead of the sarb

Always remember, the PRX was designed to appeal to men who dressed like this:

Cool guys

I think the PRX design is amazing and, yes, timeless. I know it鈥檚 very popular now but I鈥檇 still take it over Seiko.
