I try to stay to 3 watches to keep from spending too much, having too many watches I don’t wear, having more lower quality watches instead of a few higher quality and just for my sanity.
My rules are Dress, Daily (more weekend/casual for me) and Beater.
I wear my beater most days for work, daily on the weekends and dress for special occasions or sometimes casually.
Those are fair points! I love the way the movement in the Baltic looks but the Lorier movement is still great and more reliable. So you own both? How do they compare on the wrist? Does one feel much bigger? Which makes more sense as a dress watch? The case of the Lorier seems more dressy.
